A minus number is how much you bet to win $100 (−150: bet $150 to win $100). A plus number is how much a $100 bet wins (+150: win $150).
Decimal and fractional odds
Decimal odds are your total return per $1, stake included (2.50 returns $2.50). Fractional odds are profit over stake (3/2 wins $3 for every $2).
Implied probability
How often a bet has to win to break even at that price: 1 divided by the decimal odds. −110 implies 52.4%.
